Beatrice, awarded for her friendship with Elia

Beatrice, who is 10 years old, was awarded the Hazel Marie Cole charity prize by the foundation Premio alla Bontà Hazel Marie Cole Onlus from Trieste at the elementary school Carchidio. She was given the award for her positive outlook on life and for the wonderful support she has given to her friend Elia making him feel that he is in no way different from any of the other children. Mr and Mrs Santi (both members of the foundation), the Mayor and Beatrice's parents together with the whole school were present at the ceremony.
