Awards given to the winners of the 3rd Premio alla Bontà Hazel Marie Cole
The Committee of the Premio alla Bontà Hazel Marie Cole, created by the Pianciamore family in Trieste, awarded pocket money to six United World College students who come from poorer countries.
The winners from the United World College of Duino are Hakim Idris (Uganda), Timothy Yuggu (Sudan), Philip Ondogo Okayo (Uganda), Chikoti Mibenge (Zambia), Biniyam Taddese (Etiopia) e Tefo Toai (Lesotho).
The awards were given to the students in the College library by Mrs Etta Carignani, President of the Premio alla Bontà Hazel Marie Cole. An award from the committee was given to each student and a check was given to the headmaster so he can manage the pocket money for the students.
Aldo Pianciamore, his daughter Donatella vice president of the committee and ex-student, Marc Abrioux the headmaster and Michel Zanetti President of the College were all present at the ceremony.
