– Si è chiusa la mostra “La bellezza per la bontà. L’arte aiuta la vita” con un apprezzamento da parte del pubblico che ha potuto visitarla per un periodo più lungo del programmato.
– The 4th Edition of the art exibition “La bellezza per la Bontà – L’arte aiuta la vita” (Beauty for generosity – art helps life) has finally closed after a longer then foressen opening period as requested by a very interested number of visitors.

– Inaugurazione della quarta edizione della Mostra “La bellezza per la bontà. L’arte aiuta la vita” a Trieste nel Salone Maggiore del Circolo delle Generali, alle ore 18.00. La mostra resterà aperta dal 22 novembre al 20 dicembre (sabato aperto per appuntamento, domenica e festivi chiuso).
– The exhibition “La bellezza per la Bontà – L’arte aiuta la vita” (Beauty for generosity – art helps life) will be inaugurated at 6 p.m. in the main room of the Circolo delle Generali (3 Duca degli Abruzzi Square, Trieste). The exhibition will remain open to the public from November 22nd to December 20th (open Saturdays booking in advance, closed Sundays and holidays).

– Per la seconda linea di premi, su segnalazione della Direzione, il Premio alla Bontà Hazel Marie Cole è stato quest’anno assegnato ai seguenti ragazzi del 1° corso: Tenzin Dolma Dulal (Nepal), Degen Mehari Tekhle (Sudan) e Noelia Esperanza Zeledon Arancibia (Nicaragua). Sono stati anche premiati i seguenti tre ragazzi: Rita Udisho (Iraq), Kennedy Muni Maring (Sudan) e Sabelo Mndeni Lukhele (Swaziland), vincitori lo scorso anno e passati felicemente a pieni voti quest’anno al 2° corso. In totale, quindi, sono stati scelti sei ragazzi per l’anno accademico 2003-2004. La consegna dei premi avverrà nella biblioteca del Collegio del Mondo Unito di Duino alle ore 11 del 30 ottobre.
– The second line of the Premio alla Bontà Hazel Marie Cole has been granted to 6 students attending the United World College of the Adriatic in Duino: Rita Udisho (Iraq), Kennedy Muni Maring (Sudan), Sabelo Mndeni Lukhele (Swaziland), who passed their first year’s exams with honours and Tenzin Dolma Dulal (Nepal), Degen Mehari Tekhle (Sudan), Noelia Esperanza Zeledon Arancibia (Nicaragua), who are first year students at the College. The awards, consisting of six scholarships, will be given to the students on Thursday October 30th at 11:00 a.m. in the College library.

– Il Comitato per il Premio alla Bontà Hazel Marie Cole, in anticipo rispetto alla premiazione ufficiale che avverrà a fine anno per la terza linea di premi, ha deciso di assegnare un premio speciale a GIACOMO MAUCERI di Siracusa, in occasione del suo novantesimo compleanno, per l’assistenza amorevole e continuativa alla consorte di poco più giovane che da anni non è autosufficiente.
– The Committee for Premio alla Bontà Hazel Marie Cole has decided to allow to GIACOMO MAUCERI of Syracuse in Sicily a special award for the third line, in the occasion of his 90th birthday, for the continuous assistance to his wife younger but not in condition to take care of herself for years.

– Scelti i tre vincitori della prima linea di premi per l’assegnazione del “Premio alla Bontà Hazel Marie Cole”: Billotti Beatrice, Druetta Paola e Cristian Daniele. La consegna dei premi avverrà con la ripresa dell’attività scolastica.
– The Committee has chosen the three winners of the Award’s first line: Billotti Beatrice, Druetta Paola e Cristian Daniele. The Award ceremony will take place when school re-opens in September.
